Switch Six-Pak using band decoder
These decoders work well with the circuit below:
 
 
This is the PCB (no schematic)....
Left is the input from the band decoders. The green squares represent an array of diodes depending on antenna configuration. If you have 6 monobanders, then you need six diodes etc etc Since the circuit is GND sinking the cathode should be pointing to the left. The IC looking  devices are actually relays which basically when enabled give 12V to the correct SiXPak Relay which are wired on the output of the board (right)
